Sarthak Foundation is committed to creating a world where all children, regardless of their socio-economic background, can experience joy and laughter. Founded on the principle that no child should be left behind due to economic or social disadvantages, the foundation strives to empower children and youth aged 3 to 21 through education, socio-emotional support, and skill development. With a particular focus on the most vulnerable groups, including girls who face a higher risk of dropping out, the Sarthak Foundation reaches over 6,000 beneficiaries, 56% of whom are female. Supported by Incisive Infotech Pvt. Ltd. / in3corp, Sarthak’s Yellow Rooms operate in 20 slums across Lucknow, Noida, Sitapur, and Barabanki. These community-based learning centers are designed as long-term interventions aimed at transforming marginalized children into well-rounded individuals.

The Yellow Rooms not only provide academic education in subjects like Science, Math, and English but also focus on health, hygiene, industry exposure, nutrition, gender awareness, and overall community wellbeing. Programs such as STEEAM, SEPET, School Inclusion Sponsorship, and the Skill and Empower Program (Digital Lab) are integral parts of the Yellow Rooms’ offerings. One of these centers, Incisive Yellow Rooms Laulai, established in 2022, serves a rehabilitated community near Kashiram Colony, which includes families living below the poverty line and facing challenges such as substance abuse and inadequate access to education. Through these initiatives, Sarthak Foundation aims to provide a safe, supportive environment for children, fostering their growth into self-sustainable individuals.
